Diversified full spine and extremity adjustment techniques. This may also include Y-strap and manual spinal decompression

Pricing For Self-Pay Patients

***We are NOT able to accept Medicare eligible patients, if you are eligible for Medicare, even if you would prefer to pay cash, we cannot accept your appointment and your visit will be canceled and refunded***

New Patient Visit:

Your first visit allows your doctor to fully understand your health concerns and perform a focused exam to determine the best course of care. If needed, additional testing may be recommended to ensure an accurate diagnosis and safe, effective treatment.

For most uncomplicated cases, your first visit is $100, which includes both the exam and your first chiropractic adjustment.

Established Patient Regular Visit (pay per visit):

Adjustment: $65

Adjustment + soft tissue or rehab: $130

Wellness Plan Membership:

Up to 2 visits per month: $100/mo - Minimum 2 months, then month-to-month
Up to 4 visits per month: $150/mo - Minimum 2 months, then month-to-month

Important Notice Regarding Pricing and Insurance Billing

We proudly participate in the Patient Options program, a discounted medical care organization (DMCO), which legally allows us to offer discounted rates for patients who choose to pay cash/self-pay at the time of service. Patient participation in Patient Options is completely free and requires no input or registration on your end. Without our office's enrollment in this program, we would not be able to offer discounted cash rates.

For treatment related to motor vehicle accidents covered by Personal Injury Protection (PIP) or other auto insurance, we bill at our standard/full rates in accordance with Florida law and applicable fee schedules (Fla. Stat. § 627.736). Discounts do not apply to services billed to auto insurance carriers. Patients remain responsible for any applicable co-pays, deductibles, or non-covered amounts as determined by their insurance.
